 Join
our guides on an exciting off-road discovery tour to experience the idyllic natural
environment of the Gold Cost Hinterland. Learn about the Hinterland, its unique
flora and fauna, its Aboriginal people and the early Settlers. View waterfalls
cascading into cool mountain streams and drive through mountainside forests along
secluded 4WD tracks.
Take a stroll along Gallery Walk visiting the numerous Craft Shops and Art
Galleries where many of the proprietors can be found engaged in the production
of items offered for sale.
Our relaxing lunch venue is set amidst 300 acres of tropical rainforest and
mountain valley bush land and combines beautifully with an Aussie BBQ - beef steaks,
chicken breast fillets, ocean fish or  vegetarian
meal. King Parrots, Rosellas, Cockatoos, Lorikeets and other exotic native birds
often visit the tropical rainforest courtyard.
Return to the Gold Coast by about 4pm, travelling through the historic township
of Canungra and the picturesque Coomera Valley. The township of Canungra is over
100 years old and owes its existence to the cedar-getters and saw millers who
settled the area in the early 1900's.

a scenic day travelling to the Gold Coast Hinterland and visiting two boutique
wineries followed by lunch.
The Hinterland is covered in lush rainforest and is a world away from the busy
atmosphere of the Gold Coast.
Lunch will be in an historic Queenslander homestead at the Canungra Valley
Winery.
