On behalf of the Australian Organising Committee, representing both the
International Association
of Agricultural Economists (IAAE) and the Australian
Agricultural and Resource Economics Society (AARES) we invite you to come
to Australia and participate in IAAE-2006.
The conference will be held at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre,
Queensland, Australia. This unique venue in Australia's premier east-coast tourist
destination provides an excellent opportunity for agricultural economists worldwide
to participate in a worthwhile professional conference, perhaps combined with
a family vacation in Australia. Queensland is beautiful in August. The weather
is warm, and the locals are friendly and welcome visitors.
We hope you can join us down under in August 2006 for what promises to be a
truly excellent meeting, with ample opportunity for professional, social, and
